Does your Android device have 6.0(Marshmallow) installed?
This article is to assist our 360fly users that have a newer Android device that is running Android OS 6.0(Marshmallow.)
If you experiencing issues when trying to pair and connect your 360fly to your mobile device, please continue reading this article as it could possibly resolve those issues.
The goal of this article is to confirm that either you are on the latest firmware release, 1.3.3, or that you have everything you need to update your firmware if you are not on the latest version.
To check the firmware of your 360fly camera, tap on the settings icon on the Camera page inside the 360fly mobile app. Once in Camera settings, tap on Device Information and look for the line software version: 1.3.3. If your software version is anything less than 1.3.3 please update your firmware immediately.
